Can you refuse a delivery for me?
We receive deliveries, in bulk, from all the major carriers. At the time of taking delivery, it is seldom possible to identify one carton.
We are not able to refuse delivery on request.
Sometimes we can and will refuse delivery if, from the outside of the package, it is obvious that the contents are damaged.
