My items arrived but the (declared) value of my merchandise is wrong. How can I change it?

If the value of your items hasn’t been entered by our team during receiving (no invoice or price information in the package); you can enter the value of your items at your Mailbox page.

Once values are entered, the system does not allow you to change anymore. If you think the information is incorrect and you need to update please contact customer service to get it fixed.
