Why do you need purchase values of my items, and how do I confirm that?
Customs require the purchase value of all imported products. If your package arrives with an invoice, we will enter the value by ourselves and throw out the invoice itself. If your package arrives without an invoice, we suggest you to that enter the value of the merchandise by yourselves based on the invoice in your email or etc..
To enter the value by yourself, follow the points below:
- Sign In to your Ship7 Account and click to My Mailbox.
- Click to blinking square under the Value column and enter your price per for that item.
- Once you enter the value there is no further action you need to take.
