Why is my item show on hold?

Why is my item show on hold?

There might be several reasons why your package(s) are on hold. This can be caused by the size of the package or the items inside of it.

To check your package:
  1. ''Sign In" > "My Mailbox" > "On Hold": where you will be able to see all the packages are on hold. If you move your cursor on the red icon you can see the reason for the hold your package.
